      They are a second chance company, but its not working out for them.

      Cons

      Nepotism in all departments. There are favorites, so if you're not a favorite good luck. communication is non-exisitent. Each department thinks the other departments are jokes so they do not work together. The owner has no idea what's going on and believes in the wrong people - because they are killing his business slowly. Very high turnover rate. People will be there a week and leave, it's a revolving door.

      Marketing other than that nothing good about this place.

      Cons

      Working here in general will kill your mental health. No room for growth. Extremely stressful workplace. High turnover rate. Management only looks out for themselves and most shouldn’t be in the positions they are in. Training is nonexistent. Communication is hard between departments as most departments don’t understand how each department works No one wants to hear your ideas. .
