      Pros

      the company has so much trust in its employees and therefore offers a lot of freedom to get involved There is no work to rule here, which can be seen as positive or negative. but for me it's purely positive!

      Cons

      No significant disadvantages for me at the momentThe management team has been newly formed this year and is still in the process of becoming more and more of a team. Until then, they are already on the right track
