Pros
I have been at SwagUp for less than 6 months, and I can say that I could not be happier with my decision to join the team. I feel that it is a great environment for someone who is self-motivated and prefers not to be micromanaged, but wants to be surrounded by people who are willing to help and support each other. I am excited to continue my journey here and for any future opportunities that await!

A Great Idea, Lead by someone with no-business experience or education

Pros
Unlimited PTO - but good luck getting it approved. Remote Working - but micromanaged to hell. Offsites/Get togethers - but you'll get sexually harassed by the CEO's father.
Cons
CEO has no education or business experience (and proudly tells people this often) Management are wonderfully transparent (till things are not going well. Then you know layoffs are coming)
