I had the unfortunate experience of working at Suzlon Energy, and it was nothing short of disappointing. I left within a very short period due to the toxic work environment and various other issues that made it unbearable to continue. Toxic Work Culture: The atmosphere is highly negative, with rampant office politics that undermine any sense of teamwork or collaboration. Inefficient Systems: The company severely lacks efficient systems and processes, making daily operations chaotic and frustrating. High Employee Attrition: It’s no surprise that employee turnover is sky-high. Many, like me, choose to leave within a few months due to the hostile and demotivating environment. Poor Salary & Appraisal System: Compensation is far below industry standards, and the appraisal process feels like an afterthought with no clear criteria or fairness. Delayed Confirmation: Even after putting in hard work, employees are left hanging with delayed confirmation of their roles, leading to uncertainty and frustration. Political Environment: The politics here are stifling, with favoritism playing a large role in promotions and career growth. Subpar Food & Accommodation Facilities: For those required to stay on-site, the food and accommodation are well below acceptable standards, adding another layer of dissatisfaction. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences in my professional career. If you're looking for a healthy, supportive work environment, Suzlon Energy is not the place to find it.

You won't feel corporate vibe here. It is typical indian mind set work culture where calling Sir and Madam is more important than corporate bonding.

Extreamly old fashoned work culture. Patriarchal mentality. No growth opportunities. People remain in samerole for years. Latest industry standards are not followed anywhere. Office politics and favourism plays major role. Girls are targeted for thir various abilities. Extream biased behaviour between different teams. Company is a shame to the corporate world.

very less pay manager wasn't capable of the work useless HR's unprofessional work culture manager dosent listen to anything very old way of doing things there are many more but i think this is enough

Unprofessional Management, Backward System and work process like 30 years back. 80% staffs are are now spend there life in the same company like 30 years, so they are not able to accept the new Skill and management is also doesn't listen to their employees who has potential... They behave harsh with employee and blunt spoke, unprofessional, mannerless. No employee benifits also. HR use to play with Designation name. Show something give something. Even after raising voice, HR has no strong point to stand and they are like sold there head under some mannerless manager who are ruthless, particularly in Finance and Accounts department. For such many things, Potential 20% skill employee used to resign within 6 month after joining. The work culture very bad. Management ask both directly n indirectly to work after shift also ...and this happens more than twice every week..and this has no single pay. Suzlon has no rule of OT.
