      Overtime regularly available if you want it.

      Cons

      Equipment is poorly maintained, often not fit for purpose resulting to injury or further damage. Cracked / pirated software being used by multiple offices. Not enough basic training. Regularly forced to work through lunch breaks. Regularly expected to complete jobs in a fraction of the quoted timeframe. Resulting in rushed, below industry standard surveys being undertaken. Close to zero communication from middle or upper management. Management not understanding the basics of surveying, Resulting in data not accurately fitting background map data.
