Management was disrespectful, belittling, and set unrealistic expectations from the start of my time there. Every single person I came into contact with there was absolutely miserable. The negativity and general lack of any excitement or positivity was painful.
There are many nice hardworking people in the office and in the factory. Little to no overtime.
Cons
Management is very top down and clueless at the top. A very backwards technology company as a paper file system is still in use in the factory. Much talent is squandered with backward ideas and nepotism. An OK place for a job but a bad place for a career.
