Thank you for taking the time to submit a review! While our employees are mostly salaried and not eligible for overtime, we have worked to restructure our compensation plan in favor of the employees to ensure employees are paid for the work they put in.

Pros

Customers are great to work with Optional remote work

Cons

Extremely cringe work environment. Imagine a fully grown adult asking “are you ready to kick today in the face?” at 9am on a Monday. Sacrificing your mental health for a paycheck is never worth it. Be ready to make that sacrifice working at this place.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We understand that different work cultures abound and we're sorry that you didn't see Surefire Local as a fit. We were voted one of Inc. Magazine's Best Workplaces in 2022, which is based on benchmarking feedback from our current employees with similar companies in our space.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

SureFire local is filled with unprofessionalism. You better have a good understanding of your bonuses because they will try to keep you from getting the money you earned due to their constantly changing bonus structure. They do a lot of shady things to keep up appearances and not make the numbers look as bad as they actually are. Don’t bother pointing out bugs in the platform because you will be gaslighted by the CTO and told you’re doing it wrong while she frantically gets her team to drop what they are doing and fix the issue then come back to you and tell you that it works on her computer. Every week it’s just a race to see who can suck up to the CEO the most and get his favor and if something goes wrong in one department, blame is thrown over to another and it turns into a yelling match.

I'm sorry you didn't have a positive experience at Surefire. As we adjust for our recent growth we've made changes to our customer engagement model and thus have also changed our incentive programs to give Account Managers greater ability to be bonused based on performance. Our new incentive plans offer monthly measurements and payouts and give AMs significant opportunity to earn more than 100% of target incentive.
