Pros

There are a few great people here trying to do good work. Unfortunately they are set up to fail in an environment like this.

Cons

This is not a professional company. It is a place where one person’s ego dictates every decision. Employees are micromanaged, disrespected and constantly on edge. If you have ideas forget it. If you want to contribute forget it. Your only job is to say yes and keep your head down. People are fired with no notice, no transparency and no regard for their well-being. There is no leadership and definitely no empowerment and absolutely no stability. The culture runs on fear and intimidation. Communication is scattered self-serving and changes daily based on mood. Customers see a polished front but have no idea how dysfunctional and unhealthy the day to day reality is for employees. Morale is in the gutter. Turnover is constant. People are exhausted demoralized and afraid to speak up.

August 18th 2022 Jeffery Daniels reached out about the “Computer Technician” position I had applied for which led for to a interview. August 19th 2022 2nd interview with Jeffery Daniels, which led to an a offer letter. The job descriptions are as follows: Job Description During your time with our company, you will be expected to help with the development and profitability of our commercial I.T. division, SureLock Technology. Duties will include customer relations, technical support, financial management, and more. We will remain constantly available to provide ongoing training and guidance in order to enable you to perform all duties successfully. August 22nd First day of work - introduced to the team and “place of work”. Given my job description, I did not see lifting bending, etc that would put me in harm for my injuries. Explained to Guy Anderson as loading Promethean 65 in screens doing this could trigger military related injury. I still assisted, however was sore for almost a week. I explained that that the medication that I am on, makes me drowsy. This information was pushed to Bob Kopesky and we discussed in the conference room. Mr. Kopesky, stated that he would work around my military service connected October 1 2022 Received text messages from the owner on how great of a job I had done getting caught up. December 700 Chromebooks needed to be white gloved and delivered. In the “Scrum” meeting, I stated that I needed assistance, which was ignored and I end up going by myself. I had to go to the VA for the pain I was in, which made me drowsy however I still came back to work. January (Time Frame) Another individual was hired I trained after being sick from a stomach virus an my wife having covid 1-24-2023, which the company did not have any idea of how to handle the Covid situation. February 16th I was terminated in the most unprofessional manner I have ever seen. The reason for termination was Sure Lock was caught up in my department and no longer needed my services. However, at least one school delivered every week and keep in mind, he just hired another technician, so a total of (3) techs but I was the only let go. Notes: I have seen so many people come and go within the short time I have worked there. I also seen certain co-workers take way more breaks than they worked and was a morale killer, management would ask and never did anything about it. He was finally terminated, right before I was. Management continuously brought up my salary and made comments that I was being paid too much, even though they offered me management position. They attempted to push me into another role such as “Network Engineer”, however, I asked for a job description because I could not do certain roles due to injury that was expressed numerous times while I served in the military. I was eventually terminated I filed for unemployment, and this company attempted to deny me. This was overturned and I was granted unemployment. I have the letter. I am working on screen shots of everything discussed and will have them posted at a future date. I have filed a complaint against the company,. I have documentation supporting everything that I discussed here
