      Pros

      Great benefits, family oriented culture, challenging work, pretty well managed. Very stable staff, manufactures a good product. Company re-hires former staff and has a great sense of what works for a territory and what does not.

      Cons

      Low staff turnover does not allow for upward movement. At times delivery of truck bodies was slow. Cempetivite pricing should be taken into consideration in certain areas of the country.
