LOWEST pay on every assignment. On my first assignment, other travelers were making DOUBLE what I was making. Only when confronted with this did they raise my rate the next round. When going to a new facility for a $5 raise, I discovered that other travelers were making 30-50% MORE than I was for the same job. Recruiter just made excuses and tried to sat the other staff were ALL lying and the higher wages (with price breakdowns) posted by other agencies "must be manipulated because we offer the max pay". I could have made TENS of thousands more last year if i had chosen another agency for the same job. The story is the same from anyone you encounter that has worked for them. Next, their compliance dpt is a disaster. Rather than do everything all at once, they want you to renew physicals, PPDs, mask fits, wets ad different times of the year instead of grouping them together- and ask you to see your own MD to do it. Only after asking was I referred to a clinic with no copay. No reimbursement for License renewals, Certification renewals and only partial reimbursement for ACLS, PALS, CPR (covered about half the cost). The health insurance is not affordable- unless you want to make what you were making as a staff nurse afterward. Defeats the purpose of traveling.
