Superior Linen Service is a family business with a values-based culture that resonates with my experiences while in uniform. Deliberate transparency and uncompromising integrity starts at the top here and naturally permeates throughout the entire organization. Much like in the military, the leadership at Superior Linen Service understands that people are the company's most valued asset and thus they are committed to employee well-being, and growth and development. I have been with Superior Linen Service for nearly one year now and my experience has been outstanding. It's an exciting time to be part of such a great Team!

Cons
There is not as much structure or accountability as I expected there would be. To be fair, my expectations are very high given my military background. To leadership's credit, they realize the need to develop more structure and accountability and they are engaged in a very deliberate effort to do so while retaining the best parts of our family-business culture.

The company promotes from within whenever possible / practical. Training is made available as applies to the position. This is a very forward thinking, people oriented company. It is growing because of the culture, which is one of team buy-in, openness to ideas and suggestions if it will improve the process or the product.
Cons
Low turnover means possible long waits for the next opportunity. Although the growth helps open up some new opportunities.
