Pros

Great culture at the ground level, people genuinely want to make a difference.

Cons

I found in the last few years I was there there was an increasing amount of nepotism, politicking and backstabbing., often made worse by senior management talking about 'stamping it out' when in many cases they were the quite obvious centre of it

Thanks for leaving a review and for sharing Sunsuper’s great culture and your experience of the people genuinely wanting to make a difference. We’ve worked hard to create the positive culture we have. We’re proud of our employee value proposition and our focus on the wellbeing and development of our people. A great example of this is our Sunsuper Growth Day, where everyone gets time to grow their mind, body and soul and many teams this year have chosen to volunteer their time to support causes close to their heart. We’re sorry some aspects of your experience didn’t match your expectations. Politicking and backstabbing is something that we despise at Sunsuper - it’s not conducive to our way of working or the culture we’re creating so we truly appreciate your feedback and will ensure it’s considered as we move forward.
