Cons

Prepare to be babysat and micromanaged by the managers. Culture falls short of the Core Values poster on the wall.

Decent pay and benefits. Very nice area.

Cons

Overall a bit of a toxic place to work. Lots of drama and negativity. Policies and procedures are inconsistent and confusing with little clarity from management. Leadership could be a lot better. Not a position I would currently recommend.

This place is exactly what it seems to be. If you work here long enough, you know what the reality is. Do not hope for accountability for anyone in leadership. Do not go to HR if you value your job stability. HR is there to protect the company and leadership, not you. Show up, do not rock the boat, work, go home. Live your life. It's just a job. Do not take it so seriously.
