Leadership has absolutely no technical skill and zero people skill. Upper executive used re-org to consolidate his position. Since the upper executive lack technical skill, the place is ruled by intimidation. Competent people were threw under the bus and career ruined. Once an employee injured his leg and his manager approved him to work for home. After three days working from home, the HR fired him immediately saying that he did not informed the HR that he is working from home! In another incident, some team ordered company-paid take out diner because of an evening meeting with China HQ but the meeting was canceled. An upper executive was thought that the team cheated a free diner and thrown a trash can full of paper plates across the conference room.

This place is a joke. Like the other reviewer said 0 diversity. If you are not Chinese applying to them is a waste of time. Management is disorganized and incompetent, with poor communication skills and keeps employees in the dark. It seems like they were hired just to play political games. They try to use their Chinese business methods in America, which is going to get them in trouble. The most important job skill is sucking up to your superiors, a very Chinese style. Going to work everyday felt like a joke.
