      - Fully remote - No micromanagement - Salary is paid on time

      Cons

      - No guarantees you won’t be kicked off suddenly without compensation, the company does this regularly - Heavy cost-cutting in the Support department, active replacement of employees by AI - Strategic decisions are made on the fly, rules of the game shift overnight

      1. Culture—superb culture—fun, considerate, non-political, hardworking, intelligent people. They do an excellent job at hiring good people. 2. Great support and flexibility for their customers. They are very nice to work with. 3. Internal teams are very responsive. They’re very quick to help and even proactive. 4. The company works hard to innovate and support customer needs.

      None at all—no company is perfect but this company comes pretty close.
