Literally nothing other than you can leave work on time - not salary, perks or job progression.
Cons
No corporate perks - bathrooms don't even have female sanitary products Job progression and security are dependent on your managers mood. Tenureship is prioritised over capabilities. And if you know someone there, nepotism will work in your favour. Pay is also below industry standard. Tools and equipment are at least 5 years behind.
