As it is with many MNCs, there is a bit of internal politics because of ego between employees. The best way to work happily here is to treat everyone as colleagues, not more, not less!

The owner is a salesman who rewards unethical behavior from his team. Please be wary of working for this company. I was constantly promised raises and rewards for handwork but rarely received them. I was threatened and bullied into working 60+ hours a week minimum. Worst experience of my professional life. He will not think about employee's career and growth. They did not treat me as an employee. they created unwanted issues every day and asked me to come for investigations. When i was going for the investigation they treated me as a murderer. They took video and recorded my voice and then put it on server to see other employees. They don't know about professionalism. In last 3 months 8 employees got resigned and 5 of them get suspended. This is a good proof of a worst company. He ordered every employees to put some good reviews here. If anyone will not follow his rule they will loose them positions/job.
