      Pros

      Benefits, overtime during peak. Complementary coffee.

      Cons

      Processes could be streamlined and more efficient if management listened to suggestions and advice from employees. Difficult to communicate different ideas without backlash.

      Continuous Improvement is a core value under the new ownership and management. Suggestions from the employees helped us have our most successful Q4 in the history of the company with less stress and smooth production for the team. Materials management improved, orders flowed using technology and the team freely communicates ideas daily. A positive culture and great team dynamic isn't for everyone.

      Pros

      Company has better benefits than most in the area, though you pay full share for spouses.

      Cons

      Oppressive management. Daily standup meetings to berate employees for not producing or reading management's minds. Quality problems with what we produce, but management says to ship it. Very political atmosphere--if you're not liked by management, start looking for a new job.

      Our evolving culture, which includes accountability and high performance, is not for everyone. As with all businesses being "liked" has nothing to do with performance failures and inability to follow instructions. Quality here exceeds anything in standard manufacturing and very proud of all of the interesting items we produce. We have a great team, many problem solvers and made huge steps forward in recent months to increase productivity. A pleasure to manage such competent team players!
