Channel partners were great people to work with, they treat one another as family Office location close to bars and restaurants Local staff nice in general

Arrogant sales leadership in Singapore wanted to take control over everything Racist directors in the Hong Kong office, so as certain diretors in Singapore. Inside sales team was built as a failed call centre that conversion rates were never met Managers rather take pay cut jump ship to parters than wasting time with this sinking ship

The US business sets ridiculous and totally unreachable goals for their in-market sales teams. Most Chinese and Middle Eastern students have never heard of most of the universities in the Study Group US portfolio. On top of that the sales teams have out of date and incorrect information coming from the US marketing team and little of that. The US business needs to seriously consider getting the marketing department to actually do something because they are the center of this huge failure for their US school partners.

- Flexible working arrangements - it isn't necessary to show up really - Like the other Hong Kong review says, Recruitment Specialists were helpful willing to go the extra mile in helping partners/students

Cons

- Racist management, stuck in colonial era thinking - Incompetent middle managers who didn't bother learning the local market
