      Pros

      Interacting with customers Good for a college student or part time Can get in a class if there’s an open spot Flexible schedule Hospitality treats you like family & looks out for you.

      Cons

      Front desk is lazy doesn’t help hospitality & is very entitled. Favoritism & cliques are very present No room for growth Hard workers get the short end of the stick Underpaid/ unlivable wage Mean girl energy

      Pros

      The staff was amazing. I enjoyed my co workers and being a part of a team.

      Cons

      There was racial favoritism. As an AA, I found that my job was more stern than my white co workers and felt they were given chances not even offered to me.
