Good people and tradition International Little perks (free coffee, fruits, xmas gifts for kids...)

Cons

no real COO, operational confusion it appears as if management has no vision, direction or strategy too many useless meetings no accountability arrogance = promotion

very good local team, at the beginning when Sandy was CEO one could learn a lot

Cons

Slovenian lobby. It is very difficult to upgrade your carreer, no matter how good you are, unless you are coming from Slovenia
