      Worst place I have ever worked - AVOID!!

      Free snacks. Colleagues I worked with at my level

      The most rude people I have ever come across in management. They will speak to you like a child and do not care about an employees welfare. There is no communication between the Management team so people at my level never have a clear idea as to what is expected by the FD. We only find out once we present our work and are spoken to extremely rudely. There is no progression in the role, even though a lot has been promised. AVOID WORKING IN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT FOR THIS COMPANY! THE WORST TIME OF MY LIFE

      Absolutely Nothing Pros were working with people on my level but this is no longer the case as the vast majority have gone for greener pastures and I wish these colleagues the very best in their future endeavours because they have ambition and dedication

      Cons

      - Management do not care about Employee Welfare - It's one rule for them one rule for others. They like to make everyone's life miserable - Lied about career progression and pay rises but increased workload - In summary unofficial promotion due to lack of planning but still on same job title and stagnant wages - Managers don't care and fail to show any proactivity but will be the first to shout out to show proactivnesss despite them not knowing - One colleague who is junior and very ambitious has to train up people more senior despite being on fraction of their wages. In reality the senior team and managers should be the one to conduct training of new staff instead of burdening this poor soul - As the company was acquired by another parent company in Singapore the in house team evaporated and they were no signs of replacing these staff - The company are not being serious with recruitment at all
