      Great training and leadership. Provided a positive working enviroment.

      Cons

      Too vague about job duties during the interview process. Commission is hard to earn and base pay is very low. Strange culture. They want you to be at the office, but don't pay for the time you are there.

      I value the cross-training structure because you are able to work in all aspects of the business within a few weeks and gradually develop those skills. The entire management structure boosts up the morale of the employees.

      The wages are competitive but do require you to hit sales to increase your base

Due to the vagueness of this review, it is hard to determine what you experienced that caused you to make false claims such as "cult-like" "manipulative" and "pyramid scheme".
