Working Environment: Unfortunately, this company stands out as the worst I have ever faced. The work environment was toxic and demoralizing. There was a pervasive lack of professionalism and respect, with employees often treated as mere cogs in a machine. The management's communication style was condescending. Poor Leadership: The upper management showed little interest in the well-being of their employees. Decisions were often made without considering the impact on the workforce, leading to widespread frustration and demotivation. Stubborn and Rude Behavior in IT department (MIS): The IT department's stubbornness and rude behavior had a detrimental impact on productivity and employee morale. Throughout my time at the company, I found it increasingly challenging to work with the IT department due to their unwillingness to collaborate (but they act like they are willing to do :) and claim that they can do anything you want 🚀pinky pinky)

MIS team: - difficult to communicate, unhelpful & rude attitude & unprofessional behaviour - took excessive amount of time to resolve and makes things always delay - slow response time affected their team's performance but also had a ripple effect on other departments within the company P.S.: Suppose MIS team is the most helpful in e-commerce company, but seems in this company, management is the main shelter of this team, so MIS team don’t even fulfil their job role but they still can have that power in this company. Management issue: - lack of clarity and consistency - management (C level) were constantly changing leds to a significant disruption in workflow - No correct judgement of good team players - lacked a clear vision and failed to provide adequate guidance to all staffs - uncertainty makes all employees always scare will be get fire
