      - I loved the work I was doing (Job Corps) - I loved the team I worked with - Role was challenging

      Cons

      - CEO and staff he is hiring is beyond incompetent... it's embarrassing - Shady business behaviors - CEO said he put "people first" while also having the worst health care benefits and constantly laying people off for no reason besides saving a dollar

      Flexibility of implementing and designing new lesson plans. No micromanaging. Reasonable monthly reporting. Small class sizes.

      Cons

      No professional development or reasonable raises. A lot of miscommunication between staff. Lack of upper management support. No Union or school board for employees. Many unprofessional front line staff. No team collaboration between departments. No accountability for unproductive staff not meeting center standards to help students.
