Amber Roth is one of the reasons working for STI is so enjoyable. Her understanding and involvement with her employees makes the work environment amazing.

The pay is good but compared to others in the area, not the best ( key west)
small size allows overall flat structure and flow of information. Less overhead of pleasing 2 masters (client and employer) as the internal processes are very light weight and add very little overhead to the actual client / billable work.
Cons
Influenced with body shop mindset and hence not much scope of career progression.
