Pros
Their policy analyst is the nearly the entire value of the franchise. Their technical analyst works really hard and also has a decent following. You will get to travel quite a bit and eat well in a Sales or Research role.
Cons
Too many sales people and churn. Comp is low. The content is a difficult sale. Culture is pretty vanilla and not open minded. Management plays its favorites.

_Part of Baird, decent benefits

_Terrible pay, way below industry _Juniors have no directions nor growth opportunities _Junior are basically maintenance people - take out trash, change toilet paper, restock fridge, wash dishes (On top of actual job) _boomers won't retire nor give opportunities to junior people. _Cant even give juniors a laptop (yes, seriously) _The secretary gossips about everyone _Good luck getting promoted, doesn't matter if you're last one to leave the office - no one will notice. _Fully in person for terrible pay. _Zero diversity (which explains the frequent racism)
