      There are no pros to working here.

      Cons

      The management is terrible. There are lots of politics involved within this company. Especially within Shred-It. There is a reason the company has been bought and sold 3 times. No work life balance, terrible training program, and beyond terrible management. Also very toxic work environment with harassment around every corner.

      Active work. Getting to move heavy boxes every day is a workout

      Easy to get hurt They really pressure you to be fast, which can lead to getting hurt.

      Poor business sense, more concerned about LGBTQ-XYZ issues than running business Unrealistic expectations set by office workers who have never worked on front-line
