      Pros

      Most of the employees are genuinely good people and care for one another.

      Cons

      Leadership tantrums, finger pointing and blaming, inappropriate comments, vindictive behavior... the list goes on. One thing that sticks out to me came on my very first day of on-boarding, where I was told, "you should just quit now." I thought they were joking. They were not.

      It’s hard to pick just one, but if I had to choose, it would be the constant game of tantrum whack-a-mole you play with the “president.” Want to know what it’s like to work with a man-child with no discernible marketing knowledge or leadership qualifications other than his name? This is your place.

      Fellow designers on the team were amazing to work with; always a joy and always willing to help out when they can

      Cons

      You will be worked ragged, expected to do things not in the job description, and have an unrealistic timeframe to complete most projects. Work life balance is unacceptable - it was common to be contacted after hours to get back online, and working long hours into the evening were not an uncommon occurrence. If a PM decides they dont like you, you will be treated pettily.
