Cons
5 DAY IN-OFFICE WORK MANDATES and ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING WORK CONDITIONS. Mandating all white collar workers to be in the office 5 days a week is sending a clear message- we do NOT value a work/life balance for our employees. Not to mention the Auburn Hills office that everyone is now being FORCED into reporting to is DISGUSTING and work conditions are reprehensible. All employees have to take out their own trash, there is no clean drinking water offered, there are no refrigerators to put food in, half the women's bathrooms don't have garbage cans in the stalls- there are signs in the bathrooms telling females that they have to CARRY THEIR FEMININE HYGENE PRODUCTS OUT OF THEIR STALLS AND DEPOSIT THEM IN THE MAIN GARBAGE CANS in front of their co-workers, no coffee, the food that is offered in the cafeteria is mediocre and EXTREMELY over priced, and on top of that, HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE in the company ARE SICK and no one is able to tell them why, ever since returning to the office. Nosebleeds, migranes, vomiting, GI issues, skin issues, you name it, an entire TOWER of people have it and have made reports on it, and management/HR and safety won't do anything about it. This place is absolutely disgusting and unless you're working in the ivory tower of the management wing, you're now forced into coming into abhorrent work conditions every single day, or you lose your job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY if you value having a work/life balance, or if you value your health.
