I will try and keep this as professional as possible, but this is by far the worst company I have ever worked for in my entire life, including trivial jobs as a teenager. On the surface, the company seems great, inclusive, and like it is a dream job. Unfortunately, I learned that it was quite the opposite. I was never trained and worked there for about half a year.
I would constantly be asking my boss if there was anything I could do, and he would never give me any assignments, or he would give me something that took literally 5 minutes to do. They flaunt work life balance in the interviews, but will expect you to stay late and give work assignments minutes before leaving. Not only that, there are mandatory after work functions constantly.
Besides the poor work environment, I was constantly belittled by my boss, and nitpicked every single thing I did down to my handwriting not being up to their standard. They would constantly find things wrong with what I did, yet they were busy putting off their work to take long lunches and lost multiple accounts in the short duration I was there, due to the lack of effort put in. I remember having business meetings, and they would be completely unprepared, have no notes to give the companies we were working with, or literally any updates on what they asked us to do, because they were never working on it.
The HR seems very useful until you find out that it is a game of favorites, and they will protect their higher ups for poor performance and blame new hires for the mistakes. So, even if you are feeling mistreated, there is literally nowhere you can go in the company to seek help.
I will forever turn anyone away from this company to save them from the nightmare treatment I receive that still haunts me to this day and has caused me to change fields entirely. I neve want to experience something like this again, and have already turned away multiple peers who received offers from Stella Rising.
