Cute office in Austin.
Cons
Terrible culture at the office, focused around the Senior Managers with little care for the people lower on the hierarchy. Do not expect to grow your career here. Senior Mangement is there to stay and there is no room for advancement. CEO Kirsten is great, but her direct reports are unqualified to manage others (they are known to yell at people in front of everyone).
