Great customer service is always available, which makes it easier for me to get questions answered without having to wait around for them.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any cons at the moment. I haven't had any issues with it and have been able to turn a profit thanks in part to the help that they give on their website or through email.

Cons
The only thing that I can think of is that the pricing could be cheaper. It's already low, but if it were more affordable, it would really help bring in more customers to their site. They are an established company, and they've been in business for a while, so I have no doubt that they know what people want when it comes to Forex trading.
