Pros

Most of the coworkers are good people. We with with a wide breadth of cool technologies.

Cons

It is clear that senior management does not care about employees. They told us we have unlimited "responsible" time off (RTO), but are mandating that people come work in the office, and rejecting time off requests because "the company does not view concern about coronavirus as responsible." For a company named STATS Perform, they seem to disregard statistics and professional advice. So much for being data driven. They always say that "artificial intelligence is our North Star,” but somewhere along the way, they forgot about actual intelligence. They also took away bonuses. 401k match is weak.

Pros

Fancy office, good snacks, sports!

Cons

- Company is approaching 100% turnover over the last 5 years. - Lost many major clients. Buying other sports companies to cover the losses - CEO is a nightmare. Fires people on the spot. Attempts to sue employees who quit voluntarily. Forces employees to come in during COVID-19 pandemic. Leads with fear and incompetence. - Many positive reviews here are coerced with threats from inside the company - Many teams and projects are neither supported nor cancelled, just left to slowly die over the years - Senior management over the past 5 years has been dismal. Most have been fired due to scandal or incompetence. Lead the company down many dead-ends year after year. Most Chief Financial Officers have left on their own accord in a matter of months. - Despite being a sports company, there is not enough interest in after-work sports teams. - If you want to apply, expect HR to forget to call you back.

Pros

Downtown office, good coworkers (while they stay)

Cons

Ridiculously low salaries combined with fake performance reviews, cheating people out of bonuses, and failing to give raises or promotions have all helped ensure an absolutely massive turnover rate among developers and IT. The company just used the corona virus as an excuse for not paying any bonuses for the 2019 year. They don't want to run things properly. They are so bad at managing that they refused to let employees work from home during the corona virus crisis until very late in the game because they prefer to see people in the office to "know" they're working (in a micro-managey sort of way). Join if you want to meet cool people, and watch them get treated like dirt.
