- Cross cutting technologies. Huge opportunity to learn and grow. - Non hierarchical organisation structure. Everyone contribution is well recognised. - Cross functional teams. You are not limited to just one job title.

Cons

- No hand holding. You need self learning to fill the gaps - The scrum process needs more refinement to cope with growing pace
