      Pros

      Communicative management. Most manure excellent, though it sucks if you get a bad egg.

      Cons

      Inflexible promotions and pay increases. They will tell you what you get and you have no barter. Most people leave after getting experience for better pay, since if you are promoted internally, you’ll be underpaid compared to the market.
