Hi there! Thanks so much for leaving us a review! We are aware that while being a promising young tech company we still have a lot to work on but we are constantly trying to improve on all aspects. We put our teammates above all and that's why we try to focus on doing what we can to keep everyone happy, even if we don't have unlimited resources, unlike other, bigger, more consolidated companies in the industry. While it is true that everyone working or that has ever worked here is a great person, saying that there are no benefits for the worker is not fair at all. There might be people that understand this in different ways but the main perk of working at Starshot is that it offers both a flexible schedule and a flexible workplace policy that allows you to create, to a certain degree, your own working experience. Other perks of working with Starshot include: Paid Time Off (25 vacation leaves plus 12 national holidays every year, sick leaves, etc.), training courses, yearly health screenings, team building activities, among others. All in all, our door is always open when it comes to our teammates well-being and we try to listen to them and do what we can to cover their needs from an individual standpoint but also for the organization as a whole.
