Unregulated broker. The SVG regulation is a farce because SVG does not regulate trading. Yet they expect you to convince customers to deposit money continually. Unreasonable deposit targets. China management is incredibly cut throat with a hire and fire mentality.

Extremely unprofessional and amateurish management. They have no idea what they are doing. Offshore contract with zero local legal benefits. Nothing is working properly and instead of management taking responsibility they shift it elsewhere. Limassol is a Fintech hub and they chose a tiny old apartment in a 50 year old building with no balcony as an office space. With no parking spaces for employees either. They decided to operate in Cyprus less than a year ago and they already have a bad name in Limassol. They contact everyone on Linkedin promising great conditions. They offer positions to people that don't even have the relevant experience. Their tactic is to hire people just to get access to their Client Books which will eventually stay with them. The owners are Chinese but they all use Western names. Even on their LinkedIn profiles. Fake ones obviously so that's already a red flag. As of May 2023 ex colleagues have reported that Startrader has stopped paying their salaries and comissions citing random excuses. There are way too many good FX Brokers in Cyprus so avoiding being employed by these guys.
