      Pros

      Friendly working environment amongst co-workers. Wide variety of responsibility. Must be able to multi-task and wear many hats.

      Cons

      Very little opportunity for advancement. Benefits are mediocre. Just a job. Employees come last.

      There really are no pros to working at this company.

      They make products with holes in them. They never deliver on time. They don't pay well. They care more about making a buck than about the retailers. They don't understand the importance of relationships.
