The owners have strange attitude which needs attention by the employment authority of Dubai. It’s a pity such companies to operate in uae by deceiving the clients, candidates and their manpower with lies.

Pros

People are nice. Comparably good work-life balance. easy to catch up. On job training. Good salary and compensation. Better than other search firms as relatively more on consulting and emphasize on the quality instead of quantity.

Cons

Not having good career path. Senior management doesn't communicate often. Not having a corporate vision and mission. Pretty much just individual works
