Owning family is nice, however very narrow minded as all things are dealt with by the good ole boy system they were all raised on.
Cons
Pay structure wasn’t great and directors kept all the big name accounts in your assigned areas. They would also have you lowball deals to people they’ve known for years. This made for lack luster commissions. I made more money with my side hustle than I did working here and I made presidents club every year.
This was also my first time in the tech industry and the training just wasn’t there. The director I had was awful. Barely knew what was going on with the team on a day to day basis and wouldn’t go into the field with you to help you grow. This director constantly lied and couldn’t keep up with anything.
