      Management is outside of the company itself. Commission aren't pay as should be. They hide information to you and work in a not etic way/

      Fast Paced and Fun Company for me.

      Pros

      Flexibility with school and work; Fun, fast paced environment allowed me to learn a lot in a short period of time. I started as a temp and soon became full-time. And, I received a promotion. Leadership was very involved, which allowed for an interesting learning experience. Open door policy. Oh, and did I mention a fun culture?!

      Cons

      Part-time and variable hours in the beginning, but eventually I got hired full-time. The waiting period was longer than expected. They don't offer direct deposit.
