There are a lot of cons.
-The salary is not competitive at all. The last raise we were given was 2 years ago and it was only .98 cents. (and we do not bonus often at all) the bonus you get depends on your department.
-There is NO upward mobility within the department.
-The account coordinators and the recruiting coordinators were combined, so now we're doing twice the work from the same amount of pay.
-Leadership says they are open to feedback, and they will be respectful and listen to what you have to say, however, there is no action.
-There is no growth plan for the department
Some of us really love what we do and would love to day with the company, but if no changes are being made, how can that be possible?
