You get to work with the Indian colleagues and deeply understand their culture. Daydreaming.......

Cons

Work 6 days a week. The company focuses on selling the convertible bonds rather than the global real estate. If you are not reaching your sales target, you are required to come to work on a public holiday. Besides, the company forces you to resign within 3 months, if you cannot bring in any sales. It sums up how terrible this company is.

There was bunch of opportunity to learn & grow, brilliant employees, remarkable people through out the Organization and an open-door policy. The leaders were very supportive and helpful & so down to earth and always welcoming. A Fantastic place to excel your skills set, you'll get to work with amazing Team members & Top Level Management. Your Work Life Balance won't get hamper till you work with Square Yards I use to have amazing compensation benefits every year and also Job Security is also never really a concern for everyone

The management in Square Yards is very helpful and supportive. New ideas and skills are always appreciated. The office environment is very positive which keeps a person going. We get great support from superiors and our opinions get respect.
