Pros
They have great benefits. Health, vision, dental plus paid sick time that they don’t hassle you if you use, PTO, tuition reimbursement and more. The pay is PHENOMENAL and the culture of the company is outstanding. They also do little things to show appreciation. Things like they pay for your lunch, reimbursement for “pod projects” like an ugly sweater contest. Keep in mind it is for mental health so the calls can be hard but there is so much support if you are overwhelmed by your job it’s simply because you didn’t reach out. You almost have to actively avoid people to get stressed. I wfh but we have virtual meetings once a week plus a fun meeting once a month where we just relax and get to know each other. They expect you to actually work from home so it can be demanding but they also listen to you if it’s too much.
Cons
I have been here for 6 months and still haven’t really found one. The closest would be the training is lacking but they are working on it. Also you have a good support group to support you.
