Pros

Good benefits Some benifits available immediately, others after a short waiting period Flexible schedules Some solid team members

Cons

Doesn't fully live up to promise of being employee centered. Long hours Reactive with some policies No significant merit raises. The good staff get the same 3% annual raise as the poor performers. The high performers get a whopping 4%..

Pros

The staff that manage patients are some of the best people I’ve ever known

Cons

Let’s start at the beginning. The title does not depict the role you have. This was an inside sales telemarketing job while also fixing people’s cable boxes, moving residents in and out (physically) and no autonomy as promised. Morale is low. Please read other reviews. Data is ignored. Even if you come in and show where there is true growth potential with data to support, the response you get is aligned with “we know the magic equation to success” and you are dismissed as a troublemaker. They want yes men and women, not free thinkers or innovation. These are COVID times, business is different and you need to approach business differently. If i knew my description of an integrated marketing campaign was going to be a pumpkin bread meet and greets, I would have said no on day one. There is definitely informal training but no true formal training at all. If you’re not in the inner circle, you aren’t protected. I can’t say enough about how horrendous this experience has been.
