- Friendly environment, most people in the warehouse will help you out if you're struggling - Permanent contract, no temp agencies are involved at all - Occasional socials paid for by company, for example Dinners out and Go-Karting - Potential of leaving early while still getting full pay (6:30 approx) - Company prefers promoting people internally than brining in external people to fill roles - You can buy the warehouse stock at a reduced price
Cons
- Long Hours, you'll be working in warehouse from 9am-7pm. - Early home time highly dependant on workload in afternoon - The warehouse itself is somewhat small for the company's ambitions
