      Pros

      I really like it at Sphero because of the products we work on. The quality of the products we launch make me proud to tell people I work here and I'm passionate about making toys. Managers are accessible and approachable and open dialogue is encouraged. The food is plentiful and we try to have a lot of fun during the day.

      Cons

      Tight schedules create crunch times but we're getting better at it as we learn how to manage the projects and get as much up-front work done as possible before crunch times hit.
