Honestly the worst company I’ve ever worked for. This is my first time ever writing a review for an employer but this PSA feels needed. This place needs so much help, not sure where to begin. Imagine you’re stuck in the 1980’s and also inside an episode of the twilight zone. Basic procedures make no sense. Nobody has an answer for anything. Low pay with promise of raise but then get told they don’t give raises. Nonstop turnover. I went through 3 supervisors in 1 year. People start and then run as fast as they can. No training. Supervisors are inexperienced and clueless. Lead claims manager is a nightmare, treats employees poorly and is major reason most people leave. Get ready to also buy all your own equipment because anything they try and send you will be ancient. List goes on. Save yourself and hold out for something better! You deserve better than here.
