Thank you for the review! We have implemented health insurance coverage with an employer contribution, as well as dental, vision, accident, and life insurance as optional add-ons. We have also implemented additional sick time as well along with paid holidays. We are always looking for ways to improve the company as a whole as well as our team experience and the livelihood of all of the employees that work here and with our growth we have been able to do so and hope to continue to elaborate on that.
